I will not draw : porn, furries/anthros, mecha, character sheets.

Terms of service

Introduction: This is a commercial transaction between lacrinova who will be referred to as "Artist" & [Customer name/Customer PayPal registered Email] who will be referred to as "Client".Product Details: Commissioned Digital art which was produced by and is the intellectual property of the Artist, and will be referred to henceforth as "Art".
-•The Art is to be used by Client for their personal uses only. Personal use is defined as using the Art for non-commercial purposes. ( such as art collection in photo galleries, personal non-profit printouts, wallpaper, decorating a web spaces, social media accounts profile photos, ect...)

•When sharing Art on social media accounts, please be mindful that this art is the intellectual property of Artist, who is also the holder of all copyrights to that particular Art. Any acts of Plagiarism will not be tolerated this includes modifying the Art, and claiming the Art as their own, and subsequently, I reserve all rights to raise a claim against such acts with the relevant enforcement authorities.

•The Artist retains the rights to the created Art including any electronic rights or usage and including, but not limited to, all rights in sketches, compositions, or other preliminary materials, as well as to print, sell and post the Art on Artist's social media and portfolio.

If Client would like to acquire copyrights of Art, Client is obligated to open a separate channel of negotiation with Artist to discuss an agreeable monetary compensation of said acquisition, and such act will not come to pass without the explicit written approval of Artist.

Payment : (Paypal only)
• Preferably, payment is done 100% upfront before work has begun. It is possible to make installments ( 50% upfront and 50% after we agree that creative needs of the Client are met in the draft ).• From this point, onward, only minor changes are applicable (Color choice and/or saturation, minor changes to decorative features), and refund requests will not be accepted.

Refund Policy:
Cancellations are possible free of charge before the start of the Project. Refunds are granted at my own discretion depending on the amount of progress that has been made. The amount refunded depends solely on the progression of the piece, I will refund up to fifty percent of the fee. There will be no refunds despite cancellation or postponement of the job if the art has been completed.

Continuing service with Artist you are agreeing with these terms of Service.
